Greentech Laser Resonance System
K.L.R.S. is the new revolutionary system for cleaning molds for the production of PCR tires that uses all the latest generation technologies developed by Greentech Laser Manufacturing.
This machine is the combination of laser, resonance, 3D vision system and 2D artificial intelligence vision system. The laser is moved by a 6-axis anthropomorphic robot that cleans the surface of the mold without increasing its roughness, the resonance automatically unlocks more than 85% of the blocked spring-vents. The 3D vision system creates the recipe and the artificial intelligence system indicates at the end of the process which spring-vents will need to be manually unlocked.

Consumi
K.L.R.S. requires very little maintenance and works using only electricity and compressed air.
The only waste produced are the cartridge filters of the suction system.

The cleaning recipes are saved on a database that can be interfaced with that of the factory to keep track of all the operations carried out, the remote connection allows direct assistance from GLM in case of need.

The K.L.R.S. it is placed inside two protection cabins that isolate the machine from the operator’s work environment. Access to the cabin in which the laser is inserted is possible
only when the machine is not running.
The fumes resulting from the processing are removed by an air extraction / filtration system

K.L.R.S. OPERATION
The cleaning of the molds is quick thanks to the simultaneous work of laser and resonance and foolproof.

1. Insert the sector inside the cabin, lock it and the 3D vision system identifies the geometries of the mold.

2. The resonance modulator, through its software, scans the possible frequencies until it finds the exact resonance point of the mold.

3. The modulator transmits a vibration at the same resonance identified: this has enough energy to remove rubber residues from the spring-vents and air ducts.

4. The 6-axis anthropomorphic robot moves the laser scanner head following the geometries found.

5. In this way it is possible to perfectly clean the surface of the sector.

6. The 2D vision system identifies which spring-vents are still blocked and provides a mapping of them.
