K.L.S. is a machine developed specifically to meet the needs cleaning and treatment of molds that do not require resonance technology.

K.L.S. it consists of a fiber optic laser and a 6-axis anthropomorphic robot equipped with a scanner head that moves the laser following the geometry of the mold identified by the 3D system. Thanks to this combination, optimal cleaning of metal surfaces is guaranteed without damaging them, even in the most difficult to reach areas. It is ideal for the surface treatment of PCR tire molds not equipped with spring-vents and, more generally, of metal molds used in the most varied industrial sectors.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

K.L.S. works using only electricity and compressed air.
The only waste produced are the cartridge filters of the suction system.
